My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and grounded nervous system and body-based awareness, attachment-based and emotion-focused frameworks, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I prioritize creating a space where clients feel safe to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and explore patterns with curiosity rather than judgment.
Therapy at Wild Embers Counseling is collaborative, we move at your pace and focus on what feels most meaningful to you.
