Services & Fees
Therapy looks different for everyone.
Part of my job is helping you find the kind of support that fits you best. On this page you will find clear information about the services I offer, how sessions are structured, and the fees for each option.
-
One-on-one therapy for adults navigating big feelings, identity questions, relationship patterns, and life transitions. We support insight and meaningful change by moving at your pace and caring for both your inner world and your nervous system.
This is a place to explore your inner life with support, curiosity, and care. Whether you’re facing overwhelm, questions about identity, trauma, relationship challenges, or the quiet pain of not feeling understood, individual therapy helps you slow down and reconnect with yourself.
Session Length & Fees
50-minute session — $130
75-minute session — $190
Sessions are typically scheduled weekly or biweekly. We’ll talk together about what pacing and session length feel most supportive for your needs and your budget.
-
Relationship counseling centers the relationship itself while honoring each person’s experience within it. Whether you’re navigating conflict, communication challenges, or moments of disconnection, this is a space for you to slow down, understand relational patterns, strengthen connection, and practice new relational skills.
Relationship therapy is not just limited to married couples, it is for any relational system seeking support.
Examples of relational systems I work with:
Romantic partners
Queer relationships
Polyamorous constellations
Friends repairing or redefining connection
Roommates struggling with communication
Parent–adult child pairs seeking healing
At its heart, this work helps you understand your relational patterns, communicate with more clarity and compassion, and co-create dynamics that feel safer and more connected.
Session Length & Fees
75-minute session (standard) — $210
90-minute session — $270
120-minute session — $360
Relationship work typically benefits from longer sessions to allow time for shared understanding, repair, and integration. Most couples meet weekly or biweekly.

I believe therapy should be financially accessible, especially for those who experience marginalization such as people of color, queer, neurodivergent, disabled, and other folks navigating systemic barriers.
A limited number of sliding scale spots are available for individual therapy. Sliding scale rates are offered based on financial need and current availability.
If cost is a barrier, you’re welcome to mention this when reaching out, and we can talk about what options may be possible.
-
A free 15-minute phone call or video call to see if working together feels like a good fit. This is a no-pressure conversation where you can ask questions, share what’s bringing you in, and get a feel for how I work.
Location & Availability
I offer both in-person and telehealth therapy for clients located in Texas.
In-person sessions at:
2911 Medical Arts Street
Suite 9

Starting therapy is a courageous step.
It doesn’t have to be overwhelming.
Starting therapy takes courage but it doesn’t have to be overwhelming.
You don’t have to have every answer. You just have to be open to taking the next step.
